Growing up in Southern California, I never thought I would trade the beaches of Orange County for the slopes of Northern Colorado. But entering my third year as a Fort Collins resident, I’ve grown to love my adopted state.
I grew up in Huntington Beach, Calif., until high school when I moved to northern California. After completing high school, I returned to Orange County where I attended the University of California at Irvine; studying economics and political science. Upon graduation, I started my leasing career working for a broker in Orange County, CA. After a brief career in sales, I advanced to portfolio management, where my duties involved managing delinquent accounts, early terminations, and end of lease options.
My home life is kept busy with my wonderful wife Cheri (a professional photographer) and my 3-year-old daughter Malia (a professional troublemaker!). Still being new to Colorado, we like to get out as much as possible and explore our adopted state in what free time we have.
