I’m originally from Rapid City, SD, where I started in collections 14 years ago with Conseco Finance (currently Green Tree Financial). I applied for a customer service job and ended up in the collections department. Conseco opened the doors for me in collections. I learned from the bottom up and met people who are still a part of my life. I never thought I would enjoy something like collections and neither did a lot of my friends. When people first meet me they think I’m too nice for a job like collections. It isn’t until you get to know me that you see I have two sides of me: I’m compassionate but strong. It’s those two qualities that have given me the perfect balance to be a good collector and manager.

My husband and I were married in July 2003 and have a healthy son named Harley Daniel, with whom we spend all our free time with. I always heard people say kids change your life and boy, were they right! Harley has been the highlight of our lives and we wouldn’t change a moment of it. We love cars, the outdoors, boating, camping, and anything that involves family and friends. Even though our family resides in South Dakota, Colorado definitely feels like home.
